Elima Karalaeva is an Associate Professor at the American University of Central Asia. Elima joined AUCA in 2007, and pursued her PhD in Politics in the University of Exeter, College of Social Sciences and International Studies (SSIS).

Currently, Elima is Consultant in the University of Central Asia for the Institute of Public Policy and Administration (IPPA). Elima gained vast academic and research experience in Public Administration and Finance.
