Aureliu Sindila is an Instructor at the American University of Central Asia. He moved to Kyrgyzstan after completing his studies in Republic of Korea. Aureliu is now teaching Entrepreneurship for BA and MBA levels, Strategic Management, Social Enterprise and Frugal Innovation, Leadership and Negotiation courses. While at AUCA, Aureliu is part of the team involved in several research projects, one of them founded by USAID.

Before moving to AUCA, Aureliu worked at KDI School of Public Policy and Management as a research specialist in K-Developedia Project. There he developed promoted, maintained, and supported strategic research.  He was also involved in project management research analysis and content analysis. Before Korea, Aureliu held several positions on Governmental levels in Eastern Europe. During his two years tenure at the government, he gained plenty of international policy experience and research skills. Aureliu also represented government ministries at conventions in Brussels and Strasbourg and interacting on project management level with missions such as OSCE, the UN and Council of Europe.

Aureliu graduated from KDI School of Public Policy and Management with a Master in Development Policy, concentrating on International and Sustainable Development. He was among top student in his cohort being awarded Summa Cum Laude distinction upon graduation. His research interests are: Development Strategies, CSR in Asian and Western business groups, Entrepreneurship and Innovations, Strategic Management, Education Management, Development and Behavioral Economics, International and Sustainable Development.

Besides, Aureliu is excited by history, fine arts and various sports including running, swimming and muay thai.
