On October 20, 2023 undergraduate Business Administration students from Blockchain for Business course and professor Saikal Anvar kyzy participated in FinConference 2023 “Future of Finance: Innovation and Transformation” organized by the Union of Banks of the Kyrgyz Republic. The main topics of this conference were “Decentralized Finances, Blockchain and FinTech”, “Cybersecurity and payment instruments”, as well as “Education and professional development in financial sphere”. Students learned about the recent trends in FinTech or TechFin, as was noted by the speakers, studied the advantages of the blockchain, met professionals in this filed from Kyrgyzstan and abroad. Conference was one step forward towards appreciation of the blockchain in Kyrgyzstan, and recognition of the necessity of the digital transformation of the national economy.
