Summer Marketing Associate (x 1)
This position is responsible for the marketing efforts of two institutes. Responsibilities are equally split 50-50 between the institutes.
Incumbent of this position will be given autonomy to plan, design, and execute the marketing efforts of the institutes. He/she will conceptualize the branding and promotional efforts of the institutes. He/she will design and see to the formation of the institutes’ brand identity. This will be achieved through website and social media management strategy. Other channels that may be considered are radio and search engine optimization.
This is a highly valued position for a self-motivated incumbent to design and create a brand identity that will be visibly used by an institute. The candidate will also be involved with the strategic planning of the institute. This position may be convertible to a more permanent position at the end of internship period.
Responsibilities:
– Design institutes’ brand identity
– Plan, design, and oversee the production of institutes’ marketing materials, both print and digital.
– Prepare basic artwork and institute publications (using MS Office suite or others)
– Manage website and online social media accounts.
– Organize and manage institute internal and outreach events
– Conduct industry research
– Assist in institutes’ budget planning and administration work
– Assist in projects of the institutes (such as collecting information and translating information about high school syllabus of the country)
– Any other tasks as required for the research and outreach operations of the institute
Working Hours:
– 5 days a week, 8.5 hours per day
– Flexible working hours and location
Employment Duration:
– June 18, 2018 – August 31, 2018 (2.5 months)
Remuneration:
– $360 (net) for entire duration
Requirements:
– Seniors (AY 2018-2019), or Graduated students
– Kyrgyz Citizen
– High Proficiency with MS Office Suite
– Some experience with designing software (you will be given time to learn on the job if you needed)
– GPA > 3.20 (or equivalent)

Qualifications
Education
A Master’s degree or equivalent in business administration, management or related fields is required. A PhD in business is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of industry experience is preferred.
Teaching experience is preferred.
Skills and Knowledge
Strong analytical skills;
Fluent written and spoken English;
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs);
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
