On February 22, 2024, AUCA Business School hosted “Current HR Challenges” workshop under the OSUN project-community engagement and experiential learning, bringing together students from AUCA, Ala-Too International University, Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, Kyrgyz National University, and Bishkek Humanitarian University.

Led by Professor Asan uulu Talant, the workshop dived into contemporary issues in human resource management. Students engaged in discussions and presentations, fostering critical thinking and diverse perspectives on topics such as recruitment, diversity, motivation, and ethical considerations in the workplace.

This collaborative event provided a platform for future HR professionals from various universities across Bishkek to gain valuable insights and hone their analytical and communication skills.
